How long will my order take? Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast facility within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and are confirmed at checkout.
Are duties and taxes included? United States: Yes — all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout via Zonos.
Do you accept change of mind returns? No. Because Sunwedge is designed for outdoor beach use, we cannot accept change of mind returns. If you have any questions before ordering, email us at info@sunwedge.com.au — we're happy to help you choose.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty? Contact us within 48 hours for shipping damage or 7 days for a manufacturing fault. Send your order number and clear photos to info@sunwedge.com.au and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Do you offer a warranty? Yes — a 12-month structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in the timber frame, hardware, and canvas attachment points under normal residential use. Wear and tear, weather damage, and misuse are not covered.
How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
