No. Because Sunwedge is designed for outdoor beach use, we cannot accept change of mind returns. If you have any questions before ordering, email us at info@sunwedge.com.au — we're happy to help you choose.

Contact us within 48 hours for shipping damage or 7 days for a manufacturing fault. Send your order number and clear photos to info@sunwedge.com.au and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Yes — a 12-month structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in the timber frame, hardware, and canvas attachment points under normal residential use. Wear and tear, weather damage, and misuse are not covered.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
